• School Security Fence: David Campbell has confirmed that the school should be getting fence this financial year.

- Sent out survey to parents regarding interest in fete 2009. 108 surveys returned and 88 favored a yearly fete.

• Family Portraits move to November so they can be used as Christmas Presents.
• Will be holding Easter Egg Raffle only fundraising this term.
• Move fete to Sunday 30^th August 2009.
• Form a fete committee this year.
• Mothers Day Bags will be done again this year.

• Thank you to last year’s P&C Committee for outstanding support.
• Student Numbers 298. 12 classes. 8 straight and 4 composite classes.
• Supervisors for each grade are ES1 + S1 – Kim Pepper, S2 – Brad Chapman, S3 – Natasha Gonzaga.
• Building the Education Revolution – plans for Hall extension, stand alone computer room.
• High school information session Mon 16^th March 4PM Mrs Gonzagas room.
• Class Photos Tuesday 31^st March.
• School fence still promised to be this financial year.
• School Website 2009 dates have been added to calendar including OHS data and Evacuation procedures.
• Easter Hat Parade Wed 8^th April.
• Thank you for great support with programs such as – Bushfire donation, Apple Server, Library, Photocopier, 1^st Instalment for Computer Coordinator.

General Business:

• David to speak to Menzies cleaners regarding soap dispensers being empty.
• Easter Hat Parade BBQ needs more helpers.
• Next meeting David Schofield will talk about School Development Day.
• Due to Athletics carnival being a non event last couple of years due to rain. David still to check with Hedley whether to move to Bulli High if we can’t run it at Corrimal East.
• Music Lessons at school – Lots of parent interest in survey which was sent out.
