- Bubblers had to be repaired due to broken handles.
- Cola Seating has been removed and waiting to be concreted.
- Hall drainage nearing completion.
- Maths fun day – a success with several parents to the school expressing their favorable feedback for the day.
- Playground Program has worked well; wet weather has become a problem.
- Anti bullying still a major crackdown.
- Coffee Mornings – Week 6 Technology focus. Week 7 Numeracy focus.
Week 7 - Numeracy focus to link with National Literacy and Numeracy Week.
- HSLO chasing several children who are crossing the radar as having attendance problems.
- NAPLAN results should arrive at the school by the end of this week.
- Book Week a huge success.
- Executive staff has been busy evaluating Literacy, Numeracy and Technology programs.
- Stage meetings today with a focus on Stage Assessment timelines and ensuring the “nuts and bolts” are in place.

- Corrimal East Junior Choir has been invited to sing carols at Stocklands Corrimal.
- Yr 6 Farewell Wednesday 17th December 2008. - School Presentation Monday 15th December 2008 at Corrimal High School Hall.
- Reviewing Southern Stars instead of every year changing to every seconded year.
- Visit from Master School Portraits decided to stay with them for school photos.
- Classes will be formed at end of year so children will be in their classes day 1 2009.
- East Corrimal newsagent is prepared to put stationery packs together to sell to students.
- Brad Chapman thanked clothing pool for oranising white shirts for southern stars.
- Uniform skort – Put a note in carooma to invite parents to view skort at front office.
