• Family holiday raffle changed due to poor ticket sales from school families. To be sold on 1/2F stall at fete. $5 a ticket or 3 for $10.
• Need to pre write out cheques to pay for fete.
• Signs and posters are up for fete at shops, preschools etc.
• Team meeting for fete at 8.30am.
• Pamphlet drop.
• Security Company for $85 organized. Totally insured.
• Sausage sizzle food stall 8am start - Need helpers. Sharon to order food.
• A mum wanted to run a raffle suggest she does so on one of the stalls. (Maybe a guessing comp)

• Gala Day this Friday.
• Alternative Sports Wk 6,7,8.
• Special Swimming Scheme finishes this Friday.
• Santa Visit.
• Term 4 lot of new kids coming in (all in area)
• 3 Yr Management Plan meeting was held this afternoon. Issue: Growth –Yr3-Yr6. *Need explicit teaching.
• 52 new kinders 2009. 3 classes x 17 children.
• Concreting has finished under COLA. (Make soft play area in future)
• Hall flooring has been ordered coming on Friday.
• School Numbers 304.

• Dance Company interested in renting Hall. Mon 4pm-7.45pm and Tues 4pm-5.30pm. Prepared to pay $8.10 per hour.
• Can the cricket nets be repaired?
• School Athletics Carnival suggest change in date due to last 2 years being rained out.
• Maybe get quotes for soft play under COLA.
• Thanks to Ms Baumgarten for volunteering for clothing pool on Thursdays. Anne Todman still to do paperwork.
